Full Payment Required:- June 18, 2010

Entry Confirmation: - Your entry will be confirmed by email.

Entry Deadlines: - Two weeks prior to the start date of tournament or when full, whichever occurs first.

Schedules:- Schedules will be posted 10 days prior to the event.

Format - Game guarantees as posted may all qualifiers include Single Elimination Championship - Weather Permitting.

Refunds: - No refunds will be made to teams that withdraw less than 21 days prior to the tournament date.

Rain Outs: - No games played your entry fee will be refunded less $50 , 1 game played your entry fee less the $125, 2 games played your entry fee less $200 any more than 2 games played there will be no refunds issued.

Team Acceptance: - We reserve the right to accept or reject any team’s entry into this tournament
